Great experience. I had an alarm system that had been damaged by a truck pulling down overhead cables. My prior alarm company could not help me. When I put a request out for help, Absteck responded on a Sunday. I had some additional questions after our first meeting and had a second visit to resolve my concerns. The work was done on a Saturday. They found that the prior system did not have working fire protection. I feel relieved that I have a professional looking after the property. They really tailored the system to fit our specific needs.
